By accessing or using AetherDraw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute any content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
• Constitutes, encourages, or provides instructions for a criminal offense, violates the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law;
• Attempts to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service;
• May infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.

3. Content Moderation

While we are not obligated to screen, edit, or monitor any of the user-generated content, we reserve the right, and have absolute discretion, to remove, screen, or edit any content posted or stored on the Service at any time and for any reason without notice. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of any content you post or store on the Service at your sole cost and expense.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AetherDraw or its owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service. We are not responsible for any user-generated content created on this platform.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AetherDraw and its owner from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any content you post, store, or otherwise transmit on or through the Service or your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
